Internet Marketing Analyst
Type: Full-time
The Internet Marketing Analyst is primarily responsible for monitoring performance across properties or campaigns, and making data-based decisions to help extract higher yield through optimization of user flow and user interface. This individual will work with marketing managers and designers to maximize the user experience and the monetization of the properties.
The specific duties of the marketing analyst include:
- Participate in the design and creation of landing pages, banners, emails, etc. along with required IT implementation.
- Implement and suggest A/B and multivariate testing software and methodologies.
- Set up conversion goals (daily, weekly and monthly) and define actions of value as related to the offer being promoted.
- Use query and analysis tools to define and track key performance metrics related to business performance, identify failure points or opportunities for improvement, and provide insights into key business and customer activities.
- Create, monitor, track & report appropriate web metrics versus established goals daily, weekly and monthly.
- Manipulate available databases and perform data analysis & reporting to understand customer preferences, site usage, and to track trends.
- Support Ad-Hoc analytical requests for information from different business units such as Marketing / Product Management & IT.
Desired Skills & Experience include:
- BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 years experience in quantitative analysis.

Web Designer/ Graphic Designer

The candidate will work closely with the development team to design/implement websites, make and deploy landing pages, install tracking codes, trouble shoot CSS and HTML.
Responsibilities
- Translating companies informational or marketing content into a functional website or landing page
- Designing web sites/ landing pages and ensuring that they are built to convert and visually effective
- Converting and ripping PSD files into functional web pages
- Determining all necessary coding requirements for the site creation including forms, e-commerce capability and specialized scripts
- Writing Web pages in a combination of codes such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Flash
