The company was co-founded by Chad Folkening, a longtime domain industry veteran, and John Ferber, co-founder of Advertising.com which was acquired by AOL for approximately $500 million in 2004, and whose collective online products and services have grossed more than $3 billion since 1996.     Jason Boshoff

    CEO

    Jason is the CEO of Domain Holdings Group, Inc. combining a proven, analytically driven approach with award-winning technology solutions; Domain Holdings is a world-class service provider for domain portfolio monetization and brokerage.Jason has over a decade of experience executive positions, participating in strategy, managing operations, sales and building teams focused on the development and marketing of direct-to-consumer products. During his tenure Jason has had the opportunity to service such notable clients as, AOL, Carnival Cruise lines, Baskin Robbins, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Pep Boys, Quinstreet, Brokers Web, Demand Media, among other major corporations.

    In early 2007, Jason partnered with John Ferber as COO of their online marketing incubator companies. Over the last 5 years, the group has successfully launched multiple online companies utilizing technology solutions to generate tens of millions of dollars in advertising revenues.

    Jason has a degree in business management, graduating in Durban, South Africa.

    Jeremy Kayne

    COO

    As COO, Jeremy draws from over 15 years of dot com experience. Jeremy’s background specialties and experiences include general management, technical leadership, team building and product innovation. Prior to joining Domain Holdings Group, Inc. Jeremy worked with ShopLocal for nine years. ShopLocal delivers digital advertising products to well known clients including Best Buy, Federated Department Stores, Radioshack, Publix, Winn Dixie, Stop and Shop and over 100 other major retailers that the public knows and uses for their everyday shopping needs. Jeremy was the third Seattle employee, a developer, at this start up back in 1999 where he helped develop the company’s product. Jeremy became the General Manager and Senior Technology Director of the satellite Seattle office in 2005. Under his leadership the Seattle office flourished and became a highly profitable business. He recently relocated to Florida to help Mike Levy, former CEO of SportsLine.com, launch the first ever real time substitution fantasy football game. Jeremy Kayne has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington.

    Monte Cahn

    Executive in Residence & Advisor to the Board

    Monte is Founder and former President/CEO of Moniker.com, former President of SnapNames.com, and former Sr. VP of sales at DomainSponsor. Over the past decade, he ran 117 ICANN Accredited Registrars and monetized hundreds of millions of dollars in internet traffic.Monte has been pioneering domain name and virtual property aftermarket services since 1995. His industry leading inventions such as Whois Privacy protection, Domain Escrow, domain name theft prevention, and domain appraisals are widely used industry standards today.

    He started investing in domain names in 1995 and helped start the first online domain brokerage business on the Internet in 1996. Success includes participating in the sale of more than $300,000,000 in domain name sales & brokerage, including the industry’s first domain name sale for over $1 million dollars with the sale of Wallstreet.com and the industries first $2 million dollar plus domain sale with the sale of Autos.com in 1999. Many feel that these two industry record sales were responsible for dot com buying and selling frenzy that started in late 1999. Later, he sold the highest dollar domain in history for $9.5M and most recently the sale of Slots.com for $5.5mm. He is also the visionary behind Live and Online Domain Auctions, bringing transparency and an open market mentality to the domain industry.

    Consistently pioneering and inventing new products and services for the domain industry along with generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, Monte was voted into the 2010 Domain Hall of Fame by his industry peers. He has spoken and presented at more than 100 industry conferences such as Ad-Tech, WebMasterWorld/PubCon, Search Engine Strategies/SES, Internext, The Strategic Forum, SMX, T.R.A.F.F.I.C., and DomainFest on the subject of domain names and intellectual property.

    Cahn is the President and Director of RightOfTheDot, LLC, an Internet consulting and advisement firm, co-founded by him and domain industry legend, Mike Berkens. RightOfTheDot, LLC specializes in new and existing TLD consulting, board advisement, as well as other domain services sales, marketing and strategy.     Cory LaMay

    VP of Monetization, DomainPower

    Cory has a diverse background in the domain space and joined Domain Holdings group in September of 2011 as a Senior Analyst. He is currently the VP of Monetization for DomainPower.com.He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2001. Shortly thereafter he took a position with Halliburton/KBR in the systems engineering department with a focus on computer aided engineering. In 2005, he helped found internet startup Aligned Acquisitions Inc., serving as the President, which managed over 100,000 domains and also purchased the ICAAN accredited registrar DomainBullies.com which he rebranded as DomainClub.com.

    Bill Collins

    Controller

    Bill Collins came to Domain Holdings Group with an 18-year senior financial management background in the corporate private and public sectors in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Living in South Florida permanently, Bill relocated from Chicago 35 years ago. Previous Bill has held positions with Sears Bank and Trust, Sears Tower- Chicago, Pullman Bank and Trust in their control department, as well as, in Florida at City National Bank of Miami and Jefferson National Bank. Additionally, Bill was the interim Director of Finance for community-based organizations State of Florida-Workforce-Unidad of Miami Beach and The Humane Society.Collins has served as Controller and Cash Manager for an Interactive Internet-based multimedia public company, where he oversaw financial compilations, SEC, and SBO compliance accounting functions, as well as operational integrations of software for accounting and financial data procurement. His expertise is in analyzing and implementing insightful financial data processes to uncover trends in profit and loss.

    Collins attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. He has traveled extensively for pleasure and business, enjoys his family, friends, and is an avid advocate for animals.

    Michael Feeley

    VP of Sales, DomainPower

    Michael joins Domain Holdings with more than a decade in creating and growing domain platform monetization. He is responsible for DomainPower.com’s growth for

    current and future publishers, as well developing partnerships to grow the platform’s service offerings. Previous stops for Michael include Sendori, where he spent four years as the Director of Business Development, and Dotzup Inc where he spent two years as the President of Domain Parking. He is also one of the original co-founders of Kanoodle, credited as one of the first three PPC parking platforms built in 1999.

    Director of Business Development

    Mark has been essential to the growth of Domain Holdings since joining the team as an original employee in 2010. As a Director of Business Development, Mark reaches across multiple Internet marketing and domaining channels to ensure the growth and retention of clients for Domain Holdings and its properties. Prior to joining Domain Holdings, Mark joined John Ferber to build USO Networks, a video SEO company; a role he is still actively involved with. After graduating from FAU in 1998 with a B.A. in Communications and Music, Mark worked as a Senior Leasing Representative in the Regional Mall Real Estate business in the Northeast for 10 years.

    Joe Uddeme

    Director of Business Development

    Joe joined the company in 2010 and has been integral in recent growth. After 16 years of developing brands into successful businesses for himself, he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge from the business owners’ perspective and is well versed in Domain development and Internet marketing techniques including SEO and SEM. In addition, he is proficient in pay-per-click campaign management and has been certified by Google. His main concentration is attracting new clients to the various service offering of Domain Holdings and maintaining relationships with those clients. Prior to joining Domain Holdings, Joe was a principal for Encompass Communications, which offered marketing solutions and developed web strategies for small businesses. Joe graduated from Towson University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising and has been a lifelong Entrepreneur.

    For over 10 years, Ryan has held senior level sales positions selling to “C” level executives. Ryan brings a depth of experience from his role as the Senior Brokerage & Acquisitions Consultant for North America for Sedo, the world’s largest domain aftermarket in Cambridge, MA. Ryan specialized in identifying and presenting domain name investment opportunities for corporate clientele and negotiating high-value exclusive sales for the acquisition and divestment of super-premium internet assets.Ryan is a performance based achiever with a proven track record of success in exceeding annual quotas. A few of Ryan’s notable public sales which exceed half a million dollars include GamesForGirls.com, Logo.com & Jerusalem.com. A high-energy entrepreneur, he has succeeded at cultivating accounts for maximum profitability. Ryan is an avid professional networker with a focus on a consultative, solution oriented approach.

    Prior to his career in internet services, Ryan was engaged in the trade show industry offering large scale experiential marketing products to corporate end users. Ryan earned a degree in Finance from Bryant University, in Smithfield, RI in 1996.

    Wendy Leung was born in Hong Kong and migrated to United States with her family in 1991. She resided in Newton, Massachusetts for 6 years before she became a South Floridian. She studied at Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology. She began working as a marketing analyst in a web hosting company in 2006. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge pool by enhancing her skills in search engine optimization, paid search marketing, social media and web development. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with 100+ websites in multiple industries includes automotive, real estate, health, legal, finance, eCommerce, electronics, and many more. Wendy joined the Domain Holdings team, and works diligently in bringing traffic, revenue, and brand awareness to clients across all verticals.

Chad has successfully built, sold and acquired websites that have led to development deals and partnerships with leading tech companies and Fortune 500 companies, including: Webex.com, Tagged.com, CafeWorld.com, PartyOnline.com, DigitalPoint.com and many others. Customers include Disney, IdeaLab, BSKYB, Google, Microsoft, DigitalRiver, BealBank, Zynga and many others.Charities he continues to support includes several animal and youth programs along with his own projects, ?including HomeWork.org and Entrepreneurs.org.
