John Ferber, Co-Founder
John is a true visionary and pioneer of the digital world, from creating the first-ever online interactive game to co-founding and building Advertising.com, the world’s largest and most successful third-party online advertising network known today as the cornerstone of AOL’s Platform A. John has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP as well as a Washington Techway top executive under the age of 30 and one of IT Recruiter Magazine’s “Top Techies to Watch.” Under John’s direction as chief product officer, Advertising.com’s products and technologies set the trend for the industry, winning numerous awards such as ClickZ’s “Best Optimization Technology” (2002) and “Best Advertising Network” (2004).

Chad Folkening, Co-Founder
Chad is the Founder of eCorp.com and Global Ventures, LLC a technology-based venture development, advisory and investment group established in 1996. With 15,000 premium Internet domains, 3 commercial historic buildings and a 26,000 sq. ft. HGTV featured “Extreme Home”, he continues to pursue new venture opportunities in the technology market and virtual/physical real estate space. Chad has succesfully built, sold and acquired websites that have led to development deals and partnerships with leading tech companies and Fortune 500 companies, including: Webex.com, Tagged.com, CafeWorld.com, PartyOnline.com, DigitalPoint.com and many others. Customers include Disney, IdeaLab, BSKYB, Google, Microsoft, DigitalRiver, BealBank, Zynga and many others.
Charities he continues to support include several animal and youth programs along with his own projects, including HomeWork.org and Entrepreneurs.org.
Chad lives in Miami and Indiana with his fiancé and son and attended Ball State University for its renowned Entrepreneurship program, as well as Butler University.

Jason Boshoff, CEO
Jason earned a degree in business management from Natal University, South Africa in 1992. Jason has held executive positions for over 11 years, managing operations and building teams focused on the development and marketing of direct-to-consumer products, and has had the opportunity to service such notable clients as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Pep Boys and CSK Auto – among other major companies.
In early 2007, Jason partnered with John Ferber and Erik Simons as C.O.O. of their online marketing incubator companies. During their short tenure together, the group has successfully executed the marketing and management of high profile campaigns for Coca-Cola, Baskin-Robbins, Celebrity Cruises and Puma, to name a few.
Under Jason’s direct supervision, these highly effective and creative online marketing and development teams have generated tens of millions of dollars in leads, significant more in top line revenues and priceless increases in brand awareness.
In a commendable display of versatility, together, with his teams, Jason has serviced a variety of verticals that include, but are not limited to, Mobile Advertising, Education, Security, Debt, Mortgages and Finance, Insurance, and Rehabilitation. He has coordinated the development of premium enterprise technology platforms and has implemented successful enterprise SEO, PPC and lead management solutions in the rapidly growing, extremely competitive and demanding field of Internet marketing.

Erik Simons, Co-Founder
Erik has been a serial Internet entrepreneur for 14 years and has founded multiple Internet ventures across the globe. Erik began his career by pioneering online affiliate marketing networks for the gaming industry, providing performance based advertising solutions which are still in use today.
After establishing software development companies in Eastern Europe and the Baltics, at the request of European Union government agencies, Mr. Simons served as an IT advisor during the accession of former Easern block countries to the EU. Mr. Simons established training programs for IT staff at nuclear power plants in Latvia and also helped shape several IT courses at the University of Riga. In the late nineties, Mr. Simons created software platforms to leverage the rapid growth and importance of search. Using his performance based solutions, Erik generated several hundred million dollars in revenues for advertisers such as Best Buy, Amazon.com, eBay, Travelocity, Walmart, Disney, Barnes and Noble, NBC, AT&T, Circuit City, DirecTV and many more. Through his development office in Seoul, Erik also created software which allowed South Koreans to navigate the web in their own native language.
With a keen interest in mobile commerce, Mr. Simons developed SMS parking solutions for municipalities in Scandinavia, and continued to develop interactive mobile systems, including reverse auctions. Most recently, Erik invented platforms for the optimization and distribution of web video for a company he co-founded with John Ferber, USO Networks. Mr. Simons and Mr. Ferber also collaborated in the creation of Microgiving.com, an Internet based charity which directly connect donors with those in need.
Jeremy Kayne, COO
As COO, Jeremy draws from over 15 years of dot com experience. Jeremy’s background specialties and experiences include general management, technical leadership, team building and product innovation. Prior to joining Domain Holdings Group, Inc. Jeremy worked with ShopLocal for nine years. ShopLocal delivers digital advertising products to well known clients including Best Buy, Federated Department Stores, Radioshack, Publix, Winn Dixie, Stop and Shop and over 100 other major retailers that the public knows and uses for their everyday shopping needs. Jeremy was the third Seattle employee, a developer, at this start up back in 1999 where he helped develop the company’s product. Jeremy became the General Manager and Senior Technology Director of the satellite Seattle office in 2005. Under his leadership the Seattle office flourished and became a highly profitable business. He recently relocated to Florida to help Mike Levy, former CEO of SportsLine.com, launch the first ever real time substitution fantasy football game. Jeremy Kayne has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington.XXXX
Ryan Colby, SVP of Product Management
For over 10 years, Ryan has held senior level sales positions selling to “C” level executives. Ryan brings a depth of experience from his role as the Senior Brokerage & Acquisitions Consultant for North America for Sedo, the world’s largest domain aftermarket in Cambridge, MA. Ryan specialized in identifying and presenting domain name investment opportunities for corporate clientele and negotiating high-value exclusive sales for the acquisition and divestment of super-premium internet assets.
Ryan is a performance based achiever with a proven track record of success in exceeding annual quotas. A few of Ryan’s notable public sales which exceed half a million dollars include GamesForGirls.com, Logo.com & Jerusalem.com. A high-energy entrepreneur, he has succeeded at cultivating accounts for maximum profitability. Ryan is an avid professional networker with a focus on a consultative, solution oriented approach.
Prior to his career in internet services, Ryan was engaged in the trade show industry offering large scale experiential marketing products to corporate end users. Ryan earned a degree in Finance from Bryant University, in Smithfield, RI in 1996.
Paolo DiVincenzo, General Manager – DomainPower
Paolo has been managing Internet marketing and operations for over 12 years, as both an owner and senior executive. His expertise is in devising strategies based on quantifiable facts that result in fast, profitable growth.
Prior to joining Domain Holdings, Paolo ran a company that acquired e-commerce properties and drove their profitable growth through operational efficiencies and performance-based marketing. The company was profitable for all 7 years of operation and had 3 successful exits. Before founding his company, Paolo was VP of Marketing for iPlace.com, which doubled its revenues and was sold for $140M during Paolo’s tenure.
Paolo has an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Strategy and Marketing, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Bill Collins, Jr., Controller
Bill Collins came to Domain Holdings Group with an 18-year senior financial management background in the corporate private and public sectors in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Living in South Florida permanently, Bill relocated from Chicago 35 years ago. Previous Bill has held positions with Sears Bank and Trust, Sears Tower-Chicago, Pullman Bank and Trust in their control department, as well as, in Florida at City National Bank of Miami and Jefferson National Bank. Additionally, Bill was the interim Director of Finance for community-based organizations State of Florida-Workforce-Unidad of Miami Beach and The Humane Society.
Collins has served as Controller and Cash Manager for an Interactive Internet-based multimedia public company, where he oversaw financial compilations, SEC, and SBO compliance accounting functions, as well as operational integrations of software for accounting and financial data procurement. His expertise is in analyzing and implementing insightful financial data processes to uncover trends in profit and loss.
Collins attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. He has traveled extensively for pleasure and business, enjoys his family, friends, and is an avid advocate for animals.
